Studio Policies
These policies help ensure a smooth and productive learning environment for all students. Please review them carefully.

Lesson expectations
• Students are expected to practice daily for at least 20–30 minutes to achieve consistent progress and strong results in each lesson.
• Students are expected to arrive on time. Missed lesson time due to late arrival cannot be made up.
• Student misbehavior will not be tolerated. If it significantly disrupts the lesson, the teacher reserves the right to end the session, and any remaining time will be forfeited.

Payments
• Payments are charged on a monthly basis and are due by the first lesson of each month.
• Late payments may incur a fee of up to $10, depending on the length of the delay.

Studio Etiquette
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio.
•Please silence phones during lessons.
•No additional guests are permitted in the studio during lessons. One parent may accompany the student; any other guests will be asked to leave.

Cancellation & Make-Ups
• At least a 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and make up lessons. No make up lesson will be given after a 24 hour notice.
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Teacher cancellations will always be rescheduled.

Withdrawls
• Students wishing to withdraw from lessons must provide notice before the next month’s payment is due.
• If notice is not given in advance, any remaining scheduled lessons that have already been paid for will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
